Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fabric restaurant operations platform and SMS messaging service ("Service") provided by Fabric Operations Data Agency ("Fabric," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Fabric is a restaurant operations platform that connects to your existing systems (POS, payroll, inventory) to provide margin analysis, operational guidance, and inventory intelligence. Fabric delivers insights and recommendations via SMS text messages and a web dashboard.

Account Registration

To use Fabric, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your restaurant name, phone numbers for message recipients, and any system credentials needed for integrations. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for all activity under your account.

SMS Messaging Consent

By registering phone numbers during Fabric onboarding, you confirm that:

Any recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Fabric message. They can opt back in by replying START or through the Fabric dashboard. For assistance, reply HELP to any message.

Data and Integrations

When you connect Fabric to your POS, payroll, inventory, or accounting systems, you grant Fabric read-only access to the data necessary to provide our Service. Fabric does not write to, modify, or delete data in your connected systems. You can disconnect any integration at any time through the Fabric dashboard.

Recommendations

Fabric analyzes your operational data and generates recommendations. These recommendations are guidance only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations at your own discretion. Fabric is not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations.

Accuracy of Data

Fabric's analysis is only as accurate as the data provided. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate POS data, incorrectly entered recipes, mismatched invoice data, or other data quality issues. We provide tools for you to review and correct extracted data (such as invoice line items), and corrections help improve future accuracy.

Pricing and Payment

Fabric's pricing is based on your subscription plan. We will communicate any pricing changes with at least 30 days' notice. SMS delivery costs (carrier fees) are included in your subscription and are not billed separately.

Termination

You may cancel your Fabric account at any time. Upon cancellation, we will stop sending SMS messages and disconnect all integrations. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for data export, then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Fabric provides operational guidance based on the data available to us. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Fabric dashboard or SMS. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
